In order to create and manage your claims, QFD needs to connect to your system of record (either through your Core directly or through a custom Middleware), via REST (preferred) or SOAP API calls.
The development team will build and test these API calls via Postman, preferably by receiving a complete YAML file containing the various methods, endpoints, authentication requirements, sample requests, and sample responses.
There are a number of API calls that QFD will need to integrate to, each with a different purpose for accomplishing a specific function.
