When RTSI is enabled this flow is executed in the Disposition step of the Analyze stage.  The system will evaluate any associated transactions returned by the RTSI service to determine if any require review.  If there is at least one associated transaction and it is not the authorization record for the original, disputed transaction, a Review Associated Transactions assignment is generated for a user to review the transactions and determine if any are associated and, if so, whether they resolve the claim.  When one, or more, associated transactions are identified by a user, the system executes the Pend for Merchant Credit flow to confirm the credits post to the account.  If the identified transactions do not resolve the claim, the Pend for Merchant Credit flow becomes a spin-off process that does not hold up additional processing of the claim.  The system then calls RTSI to communicate the outcome of the transaction review.  When a dispute is submitted in Visa Execute Chargeback, Visa will validate the this review has been completed.  If new associated transactions are available when a chargeback is submitted, Visa will require an additional review and this process will execute again.
