Visa Execute Chargeback

Overview

When recovery is pursued and chargeback dependencies have been satisfied, this flow is called from Visa Dispute to handle the chargeback processing.  Prior to sending the chargeback the system will check if fraud reporting is required and will initiate the fraud reporting flow if not already completed.  If RTSI is enabled, the Submit Dispute flow is called to process the action via the service.  If not, the Visa Execute Chargeback Assignment is generated an prompts a user to complete the action in Visa Resolve Online (VROL).
