Overview
When a barcode transaction is disputed, this strategy is enabled. When enabled, the following recovery options are available.

Barcode disputes, which can only be debits, route to Final Investigation for resolution processing. |
In addition to the recovery options mentioned here, users have the option of pursuing a Good Faith request via the Pend option menu. Once a response is received, a user may return to recovery to process a recovery option.
