QFD supports automated processes like accounting and lettering. There are limited back office assignments. QFD supports both barcode credit and debit disputes. Provisional Credit is not issued for credit transactions.
Initial Investigation
This assignment will be skipped if auto PC was met. It will also be skipped if a credit transaction was disputed. In the Initial Investigation assignment, analysts will determine how to handle the dispute: grant provisional credit when recovery is to be pursued, grant final credit to pay the claim, deny the dispute, or pend the dispute for a variety of reasons. Initial InvestigationDisposition (Final Investigation)
In the Final Investigation assignment, analysts will determine if the claim should be paid or denied. Users can also choose to pend or check for a refund.
