In order to create and manage your claims, QFD needs to connect to your system of record (either through your Core directly or through a custom Middleware), via REST (preferred) or SOAP API calls.
The development team will build and test these API calls via Postman, and will need to know the various methods, endpoints, authentication requirements, sample requests, and sample responses.
There are a number of API calls that QFD will need to integrate to, each with a different purpose for accomplishing a specific function.
