Why is this a good example?
Step 1: Open the Charged More than Once claim you’ve created
Use the Search bar to locate the Charge More than Once claim by entering the claim ID
Step 2: Place a note on the claim
Access the Notes hub in the Case Tools section
Enter the following in the Subject line:
Pended Dispute <last 4 digits of dispute ID>Enter the following in the Note box:
Waiting for accountholder to provide required documents, will follow-up on 11/25/23Update the visibility to Contact Center
Click the Add button
The note has been added to the claim
