Intake users can view the investigation details on any claim. These details include the Initial Interaction Decision and how many disputes have Chargeback Rights where applicable. Step 1: Click View Investigation Details.
Step 2: Click Initial Interaction Decision.
The Initial Interaction Decision explains any automated decisions, such as auto-pay and auto-provisional credit.
Step 3: Click Chargeback Rights.
Chargeback Rights are also called recovery rights. These indicate whether the disputed activity can be recovered on by working with the merchant.
