When Mastercom integration is not configured in the Mastercard Dispute flow, this flow is executed. A Pending Chargeback Document Upload assignment is generated and displayed for 1 day, allowing case setup in the Mastercom system to be completed. Once that SLA expires, the system generates an Upload Chargeback Documents assignment, which will prompt a user to upload the Dispute Resolution Form and any other necessary documents to the case in the Mastercom user portal.
