The summary screen prompts the user to validate the address that will be used for claim correspondence.  Depending on the correspondence configuration, channels may be prioritized or displayed differently. 

If the users answers "No", additional options may be presented, including additional channels and/or addresses.


Configuration

The text displayed above when the user opts to change the correspondence address can be customized in ContactInfoChangeMessage.


Disabled Correspondence

For some case types, correspondence is disabled, by default.  When this is true, the following message will be displayed on the summary screen.

Correspondence is disabled for the following case types, by default.

  • Authorization Chargeback (originated by fulfillment users)
  • No labels
