In addition to the features described in User Setup for segregating work, 4 different user portals also offer a unique user experience.

The Case Worker Portal includes all the core functionality that is needed to initiate and/or process claims.  Functionality may be limited based on access group, as described in the Work section.  Most system users will use this portal.

The Administrator portal provides managers with the ability to maintain business rules, provision users, customize application skins, and perform other administrative activities.  This is typically reserved for IT or BA roles that adhere to strict change control processes.  

The Support Portal is utilized by Quavo to monitor the performance of client environments and proactively identify and resolve issues.
