The manual email feature can be enabled to support email in an environment where an email service is not available for integration. This feature will generate an assignment each time email correspondence is generated and the assignment will allow the user to download an email file that can be opened and transmitted in the user's email client.
Configuration
To enable the manual email feature, set the CreateManualEmailAssignment when rule to true.
