Details
This system assignment is associated with an SLA, based on the configuration in Pend PC for Documents. When the defined SLA expires, the assignment will auto-resolved and the flow will resume. While active, the following options are available to the user.
Documents Received
This option will allow you to associate an existing attachment, or add a new attachment, to satisfy the document requirement.
Attachment Category
Always use the "Supporting Documentation" attachment category when attaching required documents
Visa Document Type
For Visa claims, users will be required to select from a list of document types supported by the association. This value will be included when the document is sent to Visa.
Proceed Without Documents
This action will allow the user to resume the normal flow without providing any supporting documentation.
