This is where assignments live. Assignments that are waiting to be completed, by a user or the system, will be displayed here. Additionally, a list of previously completed actions are displayed at the bottom. The content of this tab contextual, based on the active step in the Case Rollup. See the example below:
- The assignment in the example is in the Enhance stage and is residing in the “Claim and Dispute Details” node. The node that contains the active assignment will be displayed to the left of the “Overview” tab as indicated above.
- The name of the assignment is “Provide Acquirer Reference Number”.
- The last completed action that was captured is ExecuteEnrichDataService
