Case Rollup

The case rollup is displayed at the top of the screen when viewing a case and provides users with a visual indication of where the case is at in the lifecycle and what steps require action, if any.

Steps & Stages

The colored sections across the top of the rollup identify the stages. Each stage consists of steps that may have required assignments.

Let's make sense of the example above:

  • The Collect and Enhance stages are 100% complete.
  • The Analyze and Execute stages have outstanding work to be done.
  • Analyze is highlighted because the user is currently viewing Interest, a step in this stage.
  • The Resolve stage and Recovery step are grayed out because they have not yet been activated during the lifetime of the case.

Status Icons

The icons displayed next to each step help the user to determine where action is needed and where they are in the system. While the system generally moves from top to bottom and from left to right, not all actions have a strict order and some are performed without user input.
