Search
The search field in the upper-right corner of the screen can be used to easily locate case. This will search the content of all claims so you can use just about any parameter for searching, such as case ID, customer name, account number, user name, etc. To search for a case, enter a search value and press the enter key or click the magnifying glass icon. A list of search results will be displayed in a new dialog box as shown below.
Once the search results are displayed, a number of filters are available to limit the number of results. Additionally, the user can click on any of the column headers to sort by the values in the column or click on the filter icon next to the column header to filter the result set based on the values in that column. To open a case from the search results, click on the case ID. When a back-office user opens a case, they will see the full view. When a front-office user opens a case, they will see the External Case Status.
