Understanding the Dashboard
User's can use the Work Management Dashboard to review the overall health of the Assignment Groups and prioritize what queue needs to be completed on a daily basis, Management can update the users assignment group or assign multiple Assignment Groups to a users operator. Users are able to view a dashboard for each Assignment Group available to their operator.
There are three main sections to the user's dashboard view. Click on the links below to understand each section of the dashboard:
1 - Get Next Work
2 - Dashboard Assignment Group
3 - Dashboard Details
Get next work Drop Down (1)
This controls what the user will pull when "Get next work" is clicked. The options available are driven from the assignment groups assigned on the operator.
Dashboard Assignment Group Drop Down (2)
The assignment group drop down is how the manager can toggle between the different assignment group dashboard.
Assignment Summary (3)
The summary shows the number of claims/tasks (assignments) approaching in the next 7 days.
Team (4)
The team section will display all the users assigned to that specific assignment group. A manager can also click on the users details to view all assignment groups configurations on that specific user.
Open Tasks (5)
The open tasks shows a summary of all open tasks in the selected assignment group.
