Knowing the tools and actions available in QFD will allow us to use our toolkit effectively. The first part of back-office training aims to thoroughly cover the actions, assets, and functions in QFD’s back-office portal. 

Module 1: Getting Started

We'll tour the homepage, discuss how to search for a case and learn how work is assigned. 

Module 2: Actions

We'll review the options in the Actions menu and discuss how to pay, deny, and pend a dispute. 

Module 3: Case Assets

We'll take a look at the claim and accountholder information.

Module 4: Case Tools

We'll dive into tools present in QFD.

Module 5: Case Roll-up

We'll go over the case roll-up, define the case stages, and understand how disputes move from claim intake to resolution. 

Module 6: Case Tabs 

We'll explore the case tabs, know of any customization features, and understand dispute-level versus case-level content.
