Management has the critical responsibility to delegate work to their teams. QFD supports work delegation through the Admin Portal, which allows leaders to determine assignment preferences for users. Some clients currently use the previous work routing methodology that is based on roles (technician, specialist, recovery, exceptions) and urgency. This configuration is referred to as "Legacy Get Next Work" in this document. A new work routing method has been released as of mid-2023 that includes Assignment Groups and work prioritization through days to act.
