When an investigation is escalated by a user, this assignment is generated and prompts a supervisor to determine what action will be taken.
The reason for escalation provided by the user who completed the investigation assignment will be displayed.
The user must select on of the following actions:
Page lookup error: page "EscalatedInvestigation Queue" not found.
