Description
When an investigation is escalated by a user, this assignment is generated and prompts a supervisor to determine what action will be taken.
Details
The reason for escalation provided by the user who completed the investigation assignment will be displayed.
The user must select one of the following actions:
Pursue recovery - This option will resume the normal workflow.
Deny - This option will initiate the deny flow.
