When enabled, this user override will allow internal users to prevent provisional credit from being automatically issued by the system.
The following setting will be visible on the Summary screen.

To enable, set .AllowManualOverrideOfAutoPC in LoadProvisionalCreditSettings to true.
To specialize the question label, update .ManualProvisionalCreditOverrideLabel in LoadProvisionalCreditSettings.
