Description

If the dispute meets the criteria for a charge-back delay, this system assignment will be displayed in Disposition until the charge-back is submitted. Is used in the Chargeback Delay work flow.

Details

No user action is required. However, a user can force the flow to resume by clicking "Resume to submit Charge back"

Goal: Value set in Chargeback Delay; Urgency +5

Deadline: Value set in Chargeback Delay; Activity- Resume to Submit Chargeback; Urgency +5
