Confirmation

The confirmation page is displayed in the Collect stage when a claim is submitted. It includes a verbal disclosure that summarizes the transactions included in the claim and next steps. The content of this disclosure may change based on your configuration and any automation applied by the Initial Interaction Decision. Content includes in the disclosure is also included in the Confirmation Letter.
