ARIA

Overview

ARIA conducts error-free fraud investigations, delivering instant case decisions.

When ARIA is enabled, this flow is executed from the Initialization flow. This flow is responsible for evaluating each dispute within the claim against all of the enabled factors.

Execute ARIA

While the system evaluates ARIA risk factors, system assignments are displayed in this queue.

Pending ARIA Retry

When the system fails to evaluate ARIA risk factors and a retry is attempted, this assignment is displayed while the system makes a retry attempt. This is a system assignment.  No user action is required.  However, the user may force the system action to execute immediately by selecting the Resume Run ARIA action.

Deadline: 5 minutes; Action: Resume Run ARIA

Execute ARIA Failed

When the system fails to evaluate ARIA risk factors, this assignment is generated and prompts a user to retry the system action. The user is prompted to Retry Run ARIA, which will force the system to retry the evaluations.  Alternatively, the user may also Skip ARIA via Other Actions.

Deadline: 1 day; Action: Skip ARIA
