Withdraw Paid Dispute

Overview


The "Withdraw Paid Dispute" action allows the user to deny a dispute that has already been paid. For example, we can use the "Withdraw Paid Dispute" action when the account holder withdraws the dispute after it has been paid.

How to Withdraw a Paid Dispute


Select the "Withdraw Paid Dispute" option from the Actions drop-down.

Click the Next button to finalize the withdrawal.

How to Manage a Withdrawn Paid Dispute


The case-level audit will log the paid dispute withdrawal. 

 Click here to reveal the image...

QFD will send the Withdrawn Letter and make the deny dispute accounting adjustment.

"Withdraw Paid Dispute" Action Not Available


This action is not available on disputes that have not been paid.
