Collaboration (ACH & ATM Claims)

QFD will move the dispute to the Collaboration node twice throughout the resolution process. In the Collaboration node, QFD will attempt to identify a refund or reversal for the disputed transaction. This involves Verifi and Ehtoca where enabled.

Depending on the configuration and different variables, the dispute will stay in the Collaboration node for up to 48 hours while QFD checks the account for a refund every six hours. The merchant credit check can be canceled if needed.

How to cancel the merchant credit check 

1. Click the Other Actions button (ellipses). 
   
   
2. Select Cancel Merchant Credit Check.
   
   
3. Click the Process Actions button.
