Post Merchant Credit Checks |
Overview:ÂResolved an issue where the setting to disable Post Resolution Merchant Credit checks would continue to review the case for merchant credit if the cardholder credit was made final, but the case was not completely resolved. How it works:ÂThis fix ensures that once a cardholder credit has been made final and the Post Resolution Merchant Credit Check setting is disabled a merchant credit check will not be performed on the case.

Mastercard Reclassification - Dispute resolution Form |
Overview:ÂResolved an issue where when a user reclassified a Mastercard claim from fraud to non-fraud, the Dispute Resolution Form was not updated to the appropriate questionnaire. How it works:ÂWhen a user reclassifies a claim from fraud to non-fraud or non-fraud to fraud, the Dispute Resolution Form will reflect the updated questionnaire.

Overview:ÂResolved an issue where chargeback rights were not available for Visa MOTO 5 or 6 transactions for chargeback Reason Code 10.4 on Domestic transactions.
