Why is this a good example?


Step 1: Open the Charged More than Once claim you’ve created

Use the Search bar to locate the Charge More than Once claim by entering the claim ID


Step 2: Place a note on the claim

  1. Access the Notes hub in the Case Tools section

  2. Enter the following in the Subject line:
    Pended Dispute <last 4 digits of dispute ID>

  3. Enter the following in the Note box:
    Waiting for accountholder to provide required documents, will follow-up on 11/25/23

  4. Update the visibility to Contact Center

  5. Click the Add button

  6. The note has been added to the claim
