QFD can integrate either via REST or SOAP using real time API calls to the system of record in order to just block or block and reissue an active card.
By default, QFD will need to mark a card with a status of “HOT”, and QFD does not support the ability to reverse a card back to “ACTIVE”.
Since each system of record requires its own unique set of request parameters, we will need the following details to be provided:
API method name(s) for how to block a card and how to reissue a card
Request REST JSON or SOAP XML sample(s)
Response REST JSON or SOAP XML sample(s)
