When a documents are included in a dispute response, the system executes this flow to retrieve the documents. In some cases, the documents are not immediately available from Mastercard. If this is the case, the system will call daily until the documents are ready. While waiting, a Pend For Chargeback Document assignment will be displayed . and includes the following flow actions.
