MC Retrieve Chargeback Documents

When a documents are included in a dispute response, the system executes this flow to retrieve the documents.  In some cases, the documents are not immediately available from Mastercard.  If this is the case, the system will call daily until the documents are ready.  While waiting, a Pend For Chargeback Document assignment will be displayed and includes the following flow actions.

Resume

This primary flow action will force the system to check to see if the documents are ready.  The system will automatically execute this flow action each day until the SLA deadline expires.

Proceed Without Documents

This optional flow action is available via the Other Actions menu and will resolve the assignment and resume the flow without retrieving the documents.  This action is not reversible.  This system will automatically execute this flow action when the SLA deadline expires.  

When ready, the system will execute an additional call to retrieve to the documents.
