When a dispute is submitted in Mastercard Dispute and a response is awaited in Mastercard Dispute Response, this flow is executed.  The system checks to see if it is configured to issue provisional credit after a chargeback has been submitted.  If it is, it will process the provisional credit and perform any necessary dispute status maintenance.  Whether provisional credit is issued or not, chargeback accounting is executed to show the association movement of money between the merchant and suspense accounts.

To configure the system to issue provisional credit after a chargeback has been submitted, update IssueProvisionalCreditAfterChargeback.
