When RTSI is enabled, disputes are submitted to Visa via this flow when called from Visa Execute Chargeback and disputes are submitted via the service. The Pend Submit Dispute Service assignment is displayed in the Recovery step while the system executes the activity. The system will initiate the dispute via RTSI and re-evaluate chargeback dependencies in case any new information received in the response creates a new dependency. If dependencies are not satisfied, the Review Chargeback Assignment assignment is generated and prompts a user to satisfy all dependencies. Once all dependencies are satisfied, the system will check to see if new associated transactions are available and, if so, call the Associated Transaction flow to complete the review. Once completed, the system will submit the dispute questionnaire via RTSI. If either activity fails, the Submit Dispute Service Failed assignment is generated.
