When the Alternate Network Arbitration Response is not accepted, this flow is executed. The flow takes the user through the following assignment:
Association Ruling
This assignment asks the user to record the association ruling from the result of the arbitration.- If the user selects Arbitration Won, the system resolves the issue as paid.
- If the user selects Arbitration Lost, the system immediately directs the user to complete the Final Investigation Flow by writing off or denying the remaining amount.
