Event Recording
The case event recording feature allows the system to be configured to communicate status updates to an external system. Depending on the result in Case Event Preconditions, one of the following paths is executed:
Action DescriptionAUTO MANUAL A Record Case Event Manual assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually. SKIP The flow is skipped.
Supported Events
The following events support recording.
- Claim Submitted
- Accounting (see Apply Case Event)
- Disposition
- Recovery Pursued
- Deny
- Write Off
- Claim Resolved
