Event Recording

The case event recording feature allows the system to use external APIs to communicate status updates to an external system, such as a CRM application. 

Supported Events

The following events support recording.

  • Claim Submitted
  • Accounting (see Apply Case Event)
  • Disposition
    • Recovery Pursued
    • Deny
    • Write Off
  • Claim Resolved

Workflow

Depending on the result in Case Event Preconditions, one of the following paths is executed:

Action

Description

AUTO
MANUALRecord Case Event Manual assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
SKIPThe flow is skipped.

Configure Event Recording

Once your API is enabled, update Case Event Pre-Conditions to configure if and how this flow is executed.
