Actions

Action	Description
AUTO	A Pending Record Case Event Automation assignment is displayed while the system completes the action via an integrated service. If the service continues to fail after 3 attempts, a Record Case Event Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
MANUAL	A Record Case Event Manual assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
SKIP	The flow is skipped.
