Event Recording
The case event recording feature allows the system to use external APIs to communicate status updates to an external system, such as a CRM application.
Supported Events
The following events support recording.
- Claim Submitted
- Accounting (see Apply Case Event)
- Disposition
- Recovery Pursued
- Deny
- Write Off
- Claim Resolved
Workflow
Depending on the result in Case Event Preconditions, one of the following paths is executed:
Action DescriptionAUTO MANUAL A Record Case Event Manual assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually. SKIP The flow is skipped.

Once your API is enabled, update Case Event Pre-Conditions to configure if and how this flow is executed.
