Overview


Intake users can submit a withdrawal request on open claims. This request will create an assignment for a back-office user to review. Once the back-office user withdraws the case, the account holder will receive a denial letter, confirming the case is closed. 

How-To


Step 1: Enter the reason for the withdraw in the Withdrawal Reason box.


Step 2: Select the dispute or disputes that are being cancelled. 


Step 3: Click the Submit button.


If there is already a withdraw request pending on the case, the user will see this error:
