The case event feature allows the system to be configured to communicate case creation and case resolution updates to an external system. Depending on the result in Case Event Pre-Conditions, one of the following paths is executed:
- Auto
- A Pending Record Case Event Automation assignment is displayed while the system completes the action via an integrated service.
- If the service continues to fail after 3 attempts, a Record Case Event Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
- Manual
- Record Case Event Manual assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action manually.
- Skip
- The flow is skipped.
