Description

When a Visa collaboration dispute is declined or partially accepted by the issuer in Visa Dispute Response, this assignment is generated and prompts the user to review the acquirer decision and take action accordingly.

Details

If the user will be presented with the issuer action questionnaire.  The questionnaire will prompt the user to select one of the following actions.

  • Accept
    • Next Step: Write-Off, Deny
  • Accept Partial
    • What is the amount that is being accepted?
    • Why are you pursuing pre-arbitration?
    • Are you changing the dispute category or condition?
      • Yes
        • Select Category (drop-down)
        • Select Condition (drop-down)
        • Reason for Change and or Certification Requirements:
      • No
        • Are you providing new information?
          • Yes 
            • Please provide a summary of the new information.
          • No
    • Do you have any additional comments to provide?
      • Yes
        • Please provide additional comments.
      • No
  • Decline
    • What is your reason for not accepting liability?
    • Why are you pursuing pre-arbitration?
    • Are you changing the dispute category or condition?
      • Yes
