 you click on a step within the Case Rollup the active step tab reveals any active and/or completed assignments related to that step of the process.  See the example below:

  1. The assignment in the example is in the Analyze stage and is residing in the “Fees” step. The step that contains the active assignment will be displayed to the left of the “Overview” tab as indicated above.
  2. The name of the assignment is “Review Fee”.
  3. The last completed action that was captured was another ReviewFee task.

Task View

As of version 3.12, a new, condensed view of tasks is displayed and includes critical information about each task without the vertical scrolling required in previous versions.  Each task can be expanded to view the full details associated with it.

Collapsed Mode

Only critical information is displayed, leaving plenty of room to easily scan a large number of disputes.

Expanded Mode

Additional details are displayed in expanded mode to provide users with more information about the disputed transaction.

Quick View

Simply hover over any truncated values to see more without leaving collapsed view.

Task Tools

With the release of version 3.13, new search, sort and filter capabilities are available.  These tools make it easier to work with a large numbers of disputes by allowing you to prioritize your efforts based on critical attributes.  Check out a video demonstration to see the new features in action.

Menu

The task tool menu is displayed in the header section of the disputes list as shown below.

Expand/Collapse All

The Expand/Collapse All button quickly expands all disputes when collapsed and collapses all disputes when expanded with a single button click.  See the section above for illustrations of collapsed and expanded views.

Easily find disputes with specific IDs or description text by entering value in the search bar and pressing ENTER or clicking the magnifying glass icon.  Only disputes that match your search criteria will be displayed.

Sort & Filter

Click on the "Sort & Filter" text to expand the menu and view the sort and filter options.

Apply advanced sort and filter criteria.

  1. Disputed Amount - enter from and/or to values to filter by dollar amount.
  2. Transaction Date - enter from and/or to values to filter by the date the transaction occurred.
  3. Urgency - Enter an urgency value to display only assignment with an urgency value that is greater than, or equal to, that amount.
  4. Hide Non-Workable - Show or hide all System and Pending assignments.
  5. Sort by - Select from Description, Dispute ID, Disputed Amount, Transaction Date and Urgency and set the sort type to sort all displayed disputes accordingly.
  6. Apply Sort & Filter - Click once all options are set to apply to the list of displayed disputes.
  7. Reset All - Clear all sort and filter settings and return to the default list of disputes.
