Extract data from QFD and load it into a data warehouse with Business Intelligence eXchange

Benefits of using this Addon

Using this addon allows for the use of QFD's data in a warehouse or similar analytics environment.  This allows clients to join information with other systems or perform advanced calculations.

What does it replace?

This replaces any data feeds that currently exist for dispute purposes.

What phase is this recommended in?

Typically this is recommended for the second phase of release.  This can be moved to the first phase if it is a high priority, but it can distract from delivery of the overall system in smaller organizations.

How long from phase kickoff can this be implemented?

Extracts can be produced within about a month of phase kickoff.  Consumption of the extracts and understanding the data model is dependent on client timelines.

Who is responsible for what to implement this addon?  What information is required to implement this addon?

Quavo Responsibilities
  1. Provide data dictionary and data relationship information to client
  2. Provide access to client for CSV drop point SFTP server
  3. Support client in understanding and consumption of extract files

How is pricing determined?

MetricDescription
Monthly ChargeA flat fee is assessed monthly, regardless of generation timing, size of extracts, etc.

What success criteria should be met prior to going live?

QFD should produce extracts of client data in CSV format that are accessible and readable by client systems in a test environment.

Any best practices for implementation or things to know after going live?

QFD's out of box reporting is realtime and great for operational analysis and some light strategic reporting, but for an organization that wants to do deep analysis on disputes data, we recommend doing most of that type of reporting out of the system that BIX is feeding.
