The QFD Patch release is compatible with mandate changes for 24.2. Mandate changes will take effect on or after October 19, 2024.

As a result of our analysis of Mastercard's documentation, the following changes have been implemented in the mandates release of QFD.

First-Party Trust Program - Cardholder Affidavit | A new assignment and sub-flow are available when Mastercard returns reject reason 5002 to indicate the chargeback has been rejected for First-Party Trust. First-Party Trust Program - Additional QFD Letters | A new letter is available within QFD for the First-Party Trust Program. When a 5002 reject is received users will be prompted to obtain the evidence from Mastercom and send the details the cardholder using the First-Party Trust Additional Information letter. Users will have the option to attach the Mastercard First-Party Trust Cardholder Exception Affidavit form to the letter. | QPS-11276 |
