Description

When a file is attached to an existing case by an external user in the Review New Attachment flow, this assignment is generated to prompt the user to review the information and take any appropriate actions on the case. 

Details

There are two actions that will trigger this assignment.

  1. A new note has been added via the External Case Status widget.
  2. A new document has been added via the External Case Status widget.

The Review New Attachment assignment is generated when a note is placed or a file is uploaded by the account holder or an intake user. 



How to complete the Review New Attachment assignment

  1. Click on the Review New Attachment button.

     Click here to see the expanded assignment...

  2. Review the attachment by clicking on the document link.

     Click here to see a claim intake note...

  3. Click the Apply button.

  4. Click the Process Actions button.

  5. Take the necessary action on the claim based on the attachment.
