Overview
When enabled, the Deny Decision Approval Flow requires an additional approval step when the decision to deny a dispute is made. When this flow is active, the Deny and Write Off actions are not available to the user.
Configuration
To enable, update the conditions in the Deny Approval Preconditions table.
