Description

When no print service is configured, a Manually Send Letter assignment is generated. 

Details

  • This assignment provides the user with a PDF of the letter and prompts them to print it locally.  Additionally, the following options are available via Other Actions.

When no print service is configured, this assignment prompts an analyst to print the letter and send it locally. 

How to complete the Manually Send Letter assignment

  1. Click the Manually Send Letter button. 

     Click here to see the expanded assignment...

  2. Click on Generate PDF for manual transmission to print the communication. 

  3. Print the communication and follow internal protocol to send the letter.

  4. Return to QFD and check the box next to "I confirm that this communication has been manually transmitted."

  5. Click the Apply button.

  6. Click the Process Actions button.
