QFD will communicate through claims with your customers/members according to your preferred defaults.

We can email them or mail them letters, and which we default to is entirely up to you.

Please review the below pages and determine how you would like to customize your letters, and whether you would like to default to email or print.



Note: Regardless of delivery method, regulatory responsibility for communication falls to your organization

 

If you want your communications to be bi-lingual for English and Spanish, the Customer API has to include the Language Preference field.
