Emailing Letters

Emails are generated and transmitted in near real-time by QFD.  Email is used for both outbound and inbound communication to accountholders throughout the dispute process.

When an email is sent to a customer and the customer responds, that email is received by QFD and stored with the case (as long as the email subject still contains the claim ID).

Due to the above functionality, we request that the email address you choose to have QFD integrate with be an email address that is unique to QFD only and not an email address that other platforms or users would be sending an email from.

It’s important to decide if you’d like an auto-reply email to go out when a claim receives its requested documentation.
